How do I book a safari?▼
You can book via our website booking form, by calling us directly, or by messaging us on WhatsApp. We confirm your booking within 24 hours.
Is advance payment required?▼
No! For standard bookings, we operate on a pay-on-arrival basis. You can reserve your slot completely free. Group bookings of 10+ guests may require a deposit.
Can I modify my booking date?▼
Yes, you can reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours notice by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone.
Do you accept online payments?▼
We currently accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers on arrival. Online payment integration is coming soon.
Safari Experience
Is a leopard sighting guaranteed?▼
Jawai has one of the highest leopard sighting rates in the world — approximately 98%. However, wildlife sightings can never be 100% guaranteed as we are in a natural environment.
How many people are in a safari group?▼
Our standard safaris accommodate up to 6 guests per jeep. For a more private experience, we offer private jeep options.
What is the best time for a safari?▼
Morning safaris (6–10 AM) offer the best wildlife activity and photography light. Evening safaris (4–7 PM) offer the beautiful golden hour. Both are excellent options.
Can children join the safari?▼
Children are welcome! We recommend children to be 6 years or older. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
What should I wear?▼
Earth tones are recommended — khaki, brown, or green. Avoid bright colors. Bring layers for early mornings and comfortable closed-toe shoes.
Is the safari suitable for senior citizens?▼
Yes! The safari jeeps are designed for comfort. Please inform us of any mobility concerns when booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Travel & Getting There
How do I get to Jawai?▼
Jawai is accessible by road from Jodhpur (2.5 hrs), Udaipur (3 hrs), and Jaipur (5 hrs). The nearest railway station is Bera, with trains from Jodhpur and Ahmedabad.
Do you arrange airport/railway pickups?▼
Yes, we can arrange transportation from Jodhpur Airport, Jodhpur Railway Station, and Bera Railway Station. Please inform us when booking.
Is there mobile network coverage at Jawai?▼
Jawai Bandh has limited network coverage. Jio and Airtel work best in the area. The granite hills inside the wildlife zone may have no signal.
Resort & Accommodation
Do you offer accommodation at Jawai?▼
Yes, we partner with several luxury and mid-range resorts at Jawai. We can arrange complete packages combining safari and stay.
Can I bring my own food to the safari?▼
Light snacks and mineral water are provided. You may bring your own food but please do not litter in the wildlife area.
