The Jawai region is an active, free-ranging wildlife corridor home to leopards, sloth bears, wolves, crocodiles, and other wild animals. All safaris and outdoor activities take place in completely uncontrolled natural habitats where animal behaviour is inherently unpredictable.

• Wild animals may react unexpectedly — guests must maintain safe distances at all times.
• All guide instructions must be followed strictly and immediately.
• No specific sighting of any animal species is ever guaranteed.
• Guests who stray from designated areas or ignore safety directives do so entirely at their own risk.
• Safari vehicles must not be exited unless explicitly authorised by the assigned guide.

Safari activities involve travel across rough, uneven terrain, prolonged exposure to dust, insects, and extreme temperatures, as well as physical exertion. Guests bear full responsibility for assessing their own medical fitness prior to participation.

• Guests with cardiovascular conditions, mobility limitations, or serious illnesses should consult a physician before booking.
• Jawai Tourism is not liable for health incidents arising from pre-existing medical conditions.
• Basic first-aid is available on-site; advanced medical facilities are not immediately accessible.
• Comprehensive travel and health insurance is strongly recommended for all guests.
• Pregnant guests and children under 6 years are advised to consult management before safari activities.

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance deposit. Prices, availability, package inclusions, and safari schedules are subject to change without prior notice.

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing; refund eligibility is per the policy shared at booking.
• No refund is applicable for safaris missed due to guest lateness or no-show.
• Safari timings may be altered per forest department orders, seasonal restrictions, or weather conditions.
• Force majeure events — floods, government orders, extreme weather — may result in rescheduling at management discretion with no financial penalty.
• Group bookings and special packages carry separate terms communicated at the time of reservation.

Guests are warmly welcome to photograph wildlife, landscapes, and camp experiences for personal and non-commercial use. Commercial use of photographs taken within our property requires prior written consent.

• Flash photography near wildlife is strictly prohibited — it disturbs animals and is a safety hazard.
• Drone usage requires prior written approval and applicable forest department permissions.
• By participating in our experiences, guests grant Jawai Tourism the right to use staff-captured photographs or videos featuring guests for promotional purposes, unless written objection is submitted before the activity.
• We reserve the right to ask guests to cease photography that disturbs wildlife or other guests.

Jawai is a fragile, biodiverse ecosystem. Every guest is expected to uphold responsible and low-impact tourism practices throughout their visit to help preserve this landscape for future generations.

• Littering, collecting, or disturbing flora, fauna, rocks, or archaeological features is strictly prohibited.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum in all wildlife zones.
• Single-use plastics are banned within our camp and safari areas.
• Feeding wild or domestic animals is not permitted.
• Management reserves the right to immediately terminate participation — without refund — for guests who breach conservation or conduct guidelines.

Jawai Tourism, its owners, management, staff, and affiliated guides shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, illness, theft, damage to personal property, or death arising — directly or indirectly — from participation in any of our activities or stays.

• All services and activities are provided in good faith with reasonable care and industry-standard safety practices.
• Jawai Tourism does not warrant the accuracy of third-party information, reviews, or external links on its website.
• This disclaimer constitutes the full agreement between Jawai Tourism and its guests regarding liability.
• Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India and shall be governed by applicable Indian law.
• These terms are subject to change; the version published on this page at the time of booking shall apply.
